Firestar

This is a privately commissioned piece done on 7 x 10 on watercolor paper, using watercolors, india ink and a little white pencil for touch-ups. Since 1998 I've mostly used Photoshop for my color work, so this was my first time painting in many, many years. I had fun with it and I think it came out pretty good all things considered.

I totally dig the playful style.
Also, there is not ever anything wrong with a little Spiderman and his Amazing Friends action!

Cool! I've not seen Firestar since my childhood days watching "Spider-man and his amazing friends". Hope you don't mind I blog about this. Great work.
